1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GhostPilot (the “Service”), a product operated by NusqLab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at ghostpilot.nusqlab.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
GhostPilot helps you generate LinkedIn content in your voice and schedule or publish it through LinkedIn's official API. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others.
- Publish spam, harassment, hate speech, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
- Breach LinkedIn's User Agreement, API Terms, or any platform policy.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Your content & responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and publish that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for content published to your LinkedIn account, including reviewing AI-generated drafts before they go live. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies; we recommend using the approval workflow and reviewing posts before publishing.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties, including LinkedIn and AI model providers. Your use of those integrations is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make that affect the Service.
7. Plans & billing
Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing cycles, and included limits will be presented before you subscribe. Where you supply your own AI provider keys, any usage charges from that provider are billed by them directly to you and are your responsibility.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by NusqLab and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NusqLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “effective” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
